Privacy
This is a small community Valheim server. We hold the least we can get away with, and we never see your payment details.
What we never receive
What we store
- Your Steam ID and last-seen character name — so coins can be credited to the right player.
- Donation records — provider name, the provider's transaction id, amount and currency, and the status of the match.
- The contact your provider sends us — for Ko-fi that is the email you donated with, for Patreon an internal member id. It is used solely to match a payment to a player and to credit future donations from the same account automatically.
- The provider's notification message, stored as received so a donation can be reconciled if something goes wrong.
- In-game activity tied to coins — shop purchases, gifts, quest rewards and balances.
What we do with it
Credit your Valcoins, run the in-game shop, show the top-donors board (character name and total only), and investigate a donation that didn't arrive. That's all. We don't sell, rent or share it, and there is no advertising or third-party analytics on this site.
How long we keep it
Donation and coin records are kept while the server runs, because they are the ledger your balance is calculated from. Claim codes expire after 30 minutes and are single-use.
Getting your data removed
Ask us and we'll remove your personal details — see Contact. Note that removing the record your balance is derived from also removes the balance, so tell us if you'd rather keep your coins.
This server is run by players, not a company. If something here is unclear or you think we're holding something we shouldn't, just ask.
